We believe that every patient is unique therefore we cannot provide any general answer that would fit everybody. You should arrange your first visit after your free online consultation so the appointment will meet all your needs. Our team will happily assist you in choosing the most convenient date in compliance with your doctor’s recommendations.
In order to make the most out of your first visit, you can bring the following documents concerning your past medical history including:
- hospital discharge forms
- medical certificates
- recent laboratory tests results
- recent diagnostic scans results
- past disease/illness/surgery history
- documentation confirming previous attempts at assisted reproduction treatment (i.e. insemination, in vitro) if available
During your first visit, your doctor will thoroughly take your present medical history, review your past medical history and the documentation that you provided.
